Cheap Cheap Cheap

Why don't you publish your 1 and 2 star reviews? Is it because your cables, headband and earphone assembly are extremely cheap? You have the WORST cables that easily twist, very stiff and tangle easily. The headphones are as comfortable as having a bear trap clamped to your head. While the sound is great, everything else sucks.
