I bought the entire set (bluetooth in-ears and charging case) and the case does not charge at least one of the units); then I purchased a charing case by itself and I am still having issues with at least one of my in-ear (right, usually) units not charging,. This has been an ongoing issue with all three sets I've purchased. Obviously, there is some sort of design issue.
I love these AirBids. But the right one keeps going bad. So this is cost me quite a bit of money. This is the second replacement that I have had to buy.
i have tried factory resetting both earbuds multiple times and referred to the manual but the right earbud has a cracking muffled sound

The new charging case fixed my problem. But I was disappointed that the original case failed. It wasn’t that old.
