Very happy with the new cushions. I think my only recommendation would be to try to find a more economical packaging for cushions to lower the shipping cost.
I have enjoyed my Grado headsets for a few years now. I have tried other replacement cushions and none of them work as well.

I have to say I expected a little more comfort and affordability from these 2 small pieces of foam for $25 but it is what it is. I wanted to order the $50 pair but couldn't fit it into my budget. My first pair of Grado headphones were the SR-125 which were IMHO more comfortable and sounded unbelievable for the price btw.

Thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry the cushions you received did not meet your expectations. I'm thinking that your purchased these cushions for the SR125 that you mentioned, that headphones ships with an S cushion as the standard. When someone asks about changing the type of cushion on their headphone we usually ask if they were happy with the sound and comfort of what they currently have, if they are we recommend they stay with the same. Each cushion will present a different sound signature and fit, we get used to what we've been using and any change might not be enjoyed.
All cushions break in some with usage, I'm sure if you had gotten the same cushion you had they would have felt differently initially, they need to soften up through use. I'm sure the F cushions you purchased will feel more comfortable after some time with them. Please feel free to email if you have any questions, we are always here to assist.

I’ve owned 3 pairs of Signature Series cans, moving up each time. I would not consider any other headphones, period. Quality and performance are unequaled. Pads are comfy and durable.
Not particularly comfortable, but effective re sound transmission.
