Cheap foam for $67 and just found out cannot return earpads even though they are unopened and unused...
The ear cushions fit well.
I must admit i did not use my heritage headphones when i got them years ago because the pads were too small and they pressed on my ears uncomfortably. Upon receipt of the replacement G-cushions, I popped them on and found their generous cushioning ideal. I played a few of my favorite CDs snd am very pleased with the sound quality of the headphones and the fit of the cushions
The purchase of the replacement ear pads went flawlessly and arrived ahead of time. They are quite comfortable and a definite improvement from the smaller original cushions. Very much love the RS 2E headphones. I bought some years back.
it's bad enough that the original ear pads started disintegrating into my ear but when I ordered the replacement upgrade I thought there would also be an upgrade in quality. These are just a bigger version of the foam rubber that came with them. Great phones but terrible pads. Disappointed...
