Been using my grados for years now, wouldn't have been able to without the support team being able to field my questions and even send my headphones in for service.
Trying these instead of the larger G-Cushions, I noted that the coarse foam feels like sandpaper. Sound quality is inferior. Grado does not accept returns on ear cushions and declined to make any other accommodation.
I'm sorry you didn't like the purchase you made, but when you contacted us you knew we didn't accept refunds on cushions, this is for sanitary reasons.
