PERFECT.
I have a Grado SR325e which has served me well over the years. They came with L-Cushions, and I have had to replace them over the years. Grado is best firmness for easy comfort and sound quality for my SR325e. I also love that I can swap with my G-Cushions periodically for a more expansive sound.
