I have reached out to your company at least twice over the phone and two or three times over email asking about how to return the product and replace with the correct set of cushions. I would appreciate it if someone would please get back with me. [****] or [****].
The time has come to replace the original Grado GW100 earpads. The originals have the best sound. Tried to replace them with larger air pads from third parties, but they did not sound right - bass was stronger but much less articulated, it sounded muffled. So here I am back to the originals that were designed right to begin with. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you Grado
Like the title, they already seem to fit better than when I got the V1 years ago. And after years of use, they got stretched a decent amount and seemed to lose some cushioning, even after washing and drying a couple times. Sound is improved compared to the old worn out ones.
