The records now sound better.
The sound is clear and crisp. It is amazing that this is the starting point of the Grado stylus. I make a yearly order. It’s generally between the green and red stylus. They both are great options.

My current Grado stylus was damaged when I moved, so I made a request to Grado Labs about a replacement. They got back to me quickly and I ordered their Green3. It was shipped quickly and was incredibly easy to replace! Threw on some vinyl and it sounded great! Very satisfied!

It's sounds solid, is a great price, is replaceable, and is made in America.

Stylus sounds good. Cannot drop tonearm to record automatically, needle slips across first grooves even with very careful installation. Old stylus does not do this (with repeat testing). Must hand set needle into groove to guarantee clean play.
