If I can give another star, I would. Grados the best
I've been using this Grado red cartridge on my Thorens TD160 MK1 with SME3009 tonearm and it's a match made in heaven. Wonderful sound and presence. Top Class
Like a dummy I went to pull out my stylus on my Prestige Blue3 without the removal tool to inspect it for cleaning and bent the cantilever and broke it. I considered a totally different cartridge to replace it but decided to
upgrade to the Red3 stylus and am glad I did. Slipped right into the
cartridge (carefull!!!) and has sounded great!
As always nothing to disappoint.
I'm not an audiophile, but I hear the difference it has made to upgrade from the green to the red stylus this time. Next time my needle breaks I'll order red again (or will I go for gold? Maybe????)
