Grado 60 headphones used to be the best deal in audio - before the headphone craze anyway now much competition - but having tried many $300 - 600 cartridges this is the first to have wide magical 3000x level stage. Clean, smooth, flat with a nice mid-range window and DEEPER in space than the rest. Now to find an original body, right now it's in my old Green can.
If you have one the these 3 vintage bodies, MCZ, TLZ or the XTZ, this stylus is well worth the money. I’m curious what wood body it would take to better it these days.
If you’ve got the matching body, MCZ or TlZ also….highly recommended.
