You need to order them directly from the Grado. Although they are currently the same as in a set from Amazon, that may not be true in the future. Also Grado can upgrade them at will.
Unfortunately these replacement endcaps easily slide off if the headphone moves up the steel pole. So it’s actually no better than not having the cap. Perhaps some glue squeezed into the cap will help?
These are exactly what you think they are.
I can't imagine there isn't a better solution to the post ends. These things are useless.
