The Sieveking Sound Omega Headphone Stand made its debut at the 2009 Munich High End Show and the response was overwhelming! Made from real wood, these gorgeous stands are sumptuously finished, a sturdy and stable design which protects your headphones and shows them off. Large enough to accommodate larger headphones from our Professional and Statement Series.
The Omega's design is so unique it has been granted a design trademark by the European Union.
The Omega headphone stand features a smaller opening angle than a human head and thus puts less tension on the headphone than the listener does when wearing them. Made in Germany from a single piece of wood, steam-molded then coated with clear matte lacquer, the Omega stand is built to last. Unlike painted or glossy stands which need constant cleaning to preserve their appearance, the Omega’s soft lacquer finish will look great year after year. To keep the Omega’s safe during transportation or when they’re not being used, SVS includes a pouch of ultra-soft undyed flannel which can also be used to cover the stand and headphones, protecting them from light and dust.
Customer Reviews
I like this stand quite a bit. I think that it looks rather nice and holds my headphones well.
If you notice a review that I left in 2019, know that that was indeed me. I have purchased more than one of these headphone stands (as I own several pairs of headphones). I'm just ashamed of the typo that I left in that previous review. ("... does precisely what [it] is supposed to ....").

says it all , so added the
Zebrano. Very well packaged ,, it arrived perfectly
Yes, furniture! This stand is so beautiful it has become a conversation piece, and an attractive addition to our home, yet it's so functional. After spending the most I've ever spent on headphones as a gift to my husband, it would break my heart (and my wallet) to see him lay them down somewhere, they trip on the cord and step on them by mistake which would not be unusual given his eyesight and coordination at his age. Instead we place them on this attractive headphone stand and they are safe. This was a splurge, but well worth it!
I have the Makassar which is priced just a little bit more as I imagine this veneer to be rare compared to than the other three. It has a unique grain. It just beat out the Zebrano for the Contrast on my Maple/Hemp Grado’s.
Quality is all as described. Although each layer of beechwood is thin, there are more than a few to give this piece enough integrity to be strong, yet very light in weight.
The inward taper to prevent the headband from stretching too far was well thought out in dimension.
I find placing the headphones from the side and not over the top is best for that reason. No stretch, just slip them over easily.
Whatever grain you choose, its sure to be the perfect size.
It is for me…and I have the very large G Cushions. They don't overextend the depth and just fit nicely over the deeply colored veneer.
Excellent stand (I have 3) for all my Grado headphones! You pay a premium to have both your stand and your headphones look like they belong together, on display, at ready to use. The team at Grado never disappoints! Justin.
