Grado headphones are tough babies. They rarely need attention but if they do, Grado makes it easy to repair them. One of my earpiece yolks broke due to my mishandling of my SR-80's. The repair part I ordered arrived quickly and restored my 'phones to a "like new" condition. Grado takes care of their custmers.
