I ordered a pair of replacement plastic gimbal rings. What I received was poorly made. The metal posts are set at an angle instead of being 90 degrees. I contacted support with a detailed email and photo and I haven't heard anything for over a week. Very disappointed.
Didn't receive it after 14 days and tracking says it's in Alaska

Your package did ship on October 1st and you are correct that it has not delivered. We are shipping you another one. This is what we deal with on a daily basis as the USPS has become unreliable, I have no idea how a package shipping from NY to the West Coast winds up in Alaska, trying to get an answer on why gets you even more frustrated.
I haven’t put the part into my Grado SR-60 earphones yet, but I don’t expect it to be difficult.

Broke the gimbal ring on my Grado headphones and was extremely pleased to find replacements at such a low price. Many companies stick it to you when you need any replacement parts, but Grado priced it very reasobably and the replacement is a just like the original. Not only that you get 2 to a package so I no have an extra for when the other one breaks down.
